Takeda Pharmaceuticals -Enabling Scalable and Inclusive AI Adoption at Takeda
Pain Point: Users found the platform difficult to navigate, resulting in low engagement and unclear pathways to key tasks. The product team needed clear, evidence-based insights to improve usability and reach their goal of 7,000 monthly users.
My Role: As the UX & AI Researcher, I led all generative and evaluative research, uncovering user pain points, developing actionable personas, and proposing data-driven design improvements that guided product strategy and boosted engagement.


TSB- Implementation and acceleration of their UX design roadmap - Coming Soon
Pain Point: TSB’s mobile banking experience lacked consistent accessibility standards, creating barriers for users with diverse needs and risking non-compliance with WCAG guidelines.
My Role: As the Research Accessibility Lead, I developed comprehensive accessibility specification documents and worked closely with design and development teams to embed inclusive, WCAG-compliant practices throughout the customer experience.


Central Statistics Office (CSO) - Mobile Field App and Responsive Census Dashboard-Coming Soon
I was the Lead Product Designer for both the Field App and Census Pilot Survey Website.
Deliverables
The Field app streamlines case handling for Field Service Officers (FSOs) and improves reporting capabilities.
The Census website is the main access point for about 25,000 households participating in the Census Pilot Survey in September 2024. It is designed to test content, usability, and accessibility ahead of the 2027 census.
Road Safety Authority
I was a UX researcher & Service Designer for the phase 1 of the RSA project, I spearheaded the assessment of the current state and conducted a strategic review and options analysis for the licensing service delivery programme.


Urban Travel Ireland
During my master's thesis, I was the Product Designer working on Urban Travel Ireland tourism website. I managed all aspects of the project, from the initial user research and ideation, through to prototyping and user testing and content design.
CLOUDStudy
During my masters programme, I designed a Student Learning and Productivity platform to help third level students complete their learning activities effortlessly, from downloading and submitting assignments to receiving updates of upcoming events and deadlines.


UUBO - UI Redesign
Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie, a leading law firm in Nigeria. As the UX/UI designer that spearheaded the redesign, I managed all aspects of the project, from the initial user research and ideation, through to prototyping and user testing and content design.
